Polkaster Ref Sheet

FOR At least one or more of the members of OC3 are "FFFFFFing" at me right now for this.

I been wanting to whip out Polkaster for a while, sure he's gotta be the weirdest character I ever posted but the thing I love about him... He isn't a mystical guardian or a powerhouse fighter.... He is actually a weak supporter character and his device does all the work for him.

Status Effects (No fancy names yet for this)
Increase: Attack, Defense, Focus, Accuracy, Speed, or Resistance.
Reduces: Attack, Defense, Focus, Accuracy, Speed, or Resistance.

That's all he's capable of with the R3:Mote, just like in a rpg game. Each time he uses it the R3:Mote drains, so it's limited.
